“Il Gruppo opera in un contesto competitivo internazionale sfavorevole per i top club italiani in considerazione della maggiore attrattività e competitività di altre leghe europee (in particolare l’English Premier League) e dei top club che le rappresentano. Il mantenimento della competitività sportiva potrebbe richiedere costi crescenti. Protraendosi tale eventuale tendenza nel tempo, per il Gruppo potrebbe risultare più difficile mantenere un equilibrio tra competitività della rosa ai massimi livelli europei, redditività e indebitamento; equilibrio che Juventus comunque persegue attraverso strategie di gestione dinamica del patrimonio calciatori, oltre che con la crescita del proprio giro d’affari, realizzato anche attraverso la diversificazione delle fonti di ricavo. Laddove il Gruppo non fosse in grado di sostenere con continuità gli investimenti, la sua capacità di competere anche a livello europeo potrebbe risultare compromessa, con impatti potenzialmente anche rilevanti – nel medio termine – sulla generazione di ricavi, in primis da diritti audiovisivi”.
